First Transnational Network & Community of Practice Meeting
A Community of Practice (CoP) is a structured network of professionals and local actors who share a common concern or challenge and learn through continuous collaboration. Within Green B-LEAF – Green Participatory Budgeting for Local Environmental Action and Sustainable Future, the CoP connects municipalities, researchers, and civil-society organisations active in climate adaptation, green transition, and participatory governance across the Mediterranean. Its mission is to transform the project’s experience with Green Participatory Budgeting (PB) and climate-data mapping into a permanent transnational learning platform that promotes innovation, replication, and long-term municipal capacity building.
The first meeting of the Green B-LEAF Community of Practice is set to take place on the 12-13 of February, 2026
